Fitness Evolution Gold's gym and Fit U have not gone for a year they have been taking money out of my account . This is a no contract gym. They make it real hard to quit. I was threated that they would send me to collections if I diden't pay them 179.00 which I regreatfully paid !! They are scammers and have lots of hidden cost. I feel so ripped off and helpless. They are stealing my money and threating me with collection . I have not gone for over a year !  They have been taking money out of my account when I  have told them I have quit and have not been there. They said my account was frozen for 6 months and they reopend it. I and to pay 179.00 or they were going to send me to collections. They are rude and and thiefs. I have read online (yelp) where others have gone through the same thing.   I closed my credit card so they can't take my money and thats when I got the threat.    Is there a class action suit I can join ?
