Five Star Sports 5 Star Sports Failed To Deliver Then Said Too Bad So Sad NO Customer Service Only Delivers FRAUD Fayetteville, Arkansas

Five Star Sports looks like a reputable ad agency that caters to high school sports and local businesses, but they are exactly the same as oh so many that call local businesses, sell them ads on cups, posters, schedule cards and so on; then take the money and run. They offer no accountability and no customer service to the schools or the sponsors. I think....if you fail to deliver a product or service, that constitutes a refund.

But here is where they'll get you. Their contract with the advertisers says that they are not responsible if they fail to deliver the product that the sponsor buys. So if that happens, they will rush it out to the school and the client the day they hear there is a problem, then they will offer a free ad in a future poster for the school. I phoned into the company on Sept 17 saying, "where is my stuff" and they printed it and rushed it out in the mail to me and the school the same day. And this is not just my product, but every other sponser's product too. And they did this after saying that it was shipped on some date in August.

Advertisers, keep your money and use it to better your business in an effective way. Or donate it directly to the school. Schools, don't make your school look bad by contracting with 5 Star Sports. Do NOT do business with 5 Star Sports!
