Fix Techies at 1-800-670-8051 comes up when google searching for "amazon customer service phone number".  They ask for personal information when calling them.  And when they are asked for how they are affiliated with Amazon, they become very rude and refused to continue with service. I spoke with someone who said their name was Rick (employee number AMZ1018).

I called the 1-800-670-8051 number again from a different phone and got someone named Daniel.  He sounded just like Rick... interesting.  I asked to speak with a supervisor.  I was put on a brief hold, only to get someone who said they were a supervisor... and who again sounded just like "Daniel" and "Rick".  When I mention he sounded like the person I just spoke with, he hung up.
