"I could not have had a worse experience with a retailer than I had with Fixez.com. I purchased a screen replacement, the product arrived broken & defective. I returned it with an RMA and they will offer no refund or replacement and "offered" to let me pay for the defective part to be shipped back to me.
I ordered and paid for an OEM replacement screen for my cellphone (item# #2-PX-0823) for $99.99 + $10.15 for shipping and handling. I received the package on Monday 6/8/15. I opened the package which was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap with the intention of installing the new screen on 6/12/15 only to find the screen was defective (was black and non reactive when connected with colored lines throughout an almost entirely black screen. I immediately contacted Fixez and followed their protocol for a return or exchange and requested a refund. In addition to the fact that the screen was broken and defective it clearly does not into the phone as a factory original should as they claim it should.
After emailing Fixez as directed on their website I received no response in the 24 hours noted there. I called on 6/15/15 and spoke to a customer service agent who told me they would get to my request soon. I then received an email with an RMA form and instructions. I mailed the package back at my own expense and USPS tracking showed it received on 6/26/15. I did not receive correspondence from then until I called on 7/2/15 after which they emailed me
"Hello,We have received your part back for a return, however, after a thorough review of your order, it is the conclusion of our Returns/Exchanges Dept. Manager that the part is not acceptable for a return due to the following reason(s):
- LCD is cracked on device. Unfortunately as stated on our store terms and conditions, any physically damaged items cannot be accepted back for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process a return or an exchange at this time.
Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you and should you require your part back, please contact us directly 1-866-233-6460 so we may obtain a payment method for shipping the part back to you. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.Regards,Regards,FixEZ Customer Support"

They clearly sold me something broken and defective and refuse to take any responsibility for this. I again requested they refund back the purchase price and they refused saying their is nothing they can do for me. This company is clearly misleading customers and selling defective, broken and non- factory parts and offering no refunds or exchanges.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they still refused to do anything at all.
