Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services Owner, Jeff, refused service for a hot water heater they installed that never worked properly. West Palm Beach Florida

Called this Joke of a company as an emergency service call as my previous hotwater heater had busted out the bottom and water was all over my house. Called Flamingo or sorry "joke" and they responded to the service call. They cleaned up the water and installed the "nightmare" of a hot water heater which was an Aomsmith (which do not get a good review at all for hot water heaters). 

Once the new unit was installed, I would only get hot water to my shower for less than 5 minutes before the water was ice cold. I could only imagine how many people love taking ice cold showers. When we contacted Flamingo, the first tech they sent out made so many excuses as to why I wasn't getting any hot water to my shower. He kept telling me everything was installed coreectly. If that was the case then I would get hot water. 

On to the second tech they sent out. He noticed that the temp was not turned up enough on the hot water heater. He turned up the top and bottom thermostats to 150. This still did not fix the issues. 

Since I was finally fed up with the run around from this "joke" of a company. We contacted the owner Jeff. Jeff told us that he would personally come out one Sunday afternoon and take a look at the unit himself. He aslo stated that if we were not hapy that we could simply write the company a letter and he would refurnd our money. Guess what..........he never showed up that Sunday and when we contacted him about it, he refused to service that machine any more as they had no idea what to do nor did he ever return our money back. liars, cheaters and theifs is what their slogan should be. 

We eneded up having to hire aother plumbing company that noticed right away that a "booster" was not installed on the unit. The "booster" is what helps the cold water stay out so the hot water will last longer in the tank and while I'm taking a shower. No thanks to this "joke" company as they refused to fix their own machine that they installed. I would never in my life recommend this shitty a*s company. They suck major a*s and their office Manager is a b***h as well. Good luck dealing with her. Have fun as I know we did not. Please do not use this company. Google them you will see as I should have.
