Flamingo South Beach Aimco I am being charged for things in my apartment such as a light bulb in the refrigerator, resurfacing a bath tub, damaged carpet that wasn't painting the walls. Miami Beach, Florida

I have lived at the Flamingo for 2 years. Aimco
nickels and dimes you for everything. They use
your money to upgrade there apartments for there
next tenant. I should be charged for a light bulb in
my refrigerator that went out because it was old, my
tub was painted over when I moved in and in the two
years I lived there it has chipped off. I am being charged
to resurface the tub over 200 dollars! I have to
replace the carpet that was normal wear and tear. I
live alone and am never home I travel for
work. To paint the walls I am being charged
again 145.00. When all is said and done.
1449.00. So there new tenant has a nice
place and I should provide that? I am not
the owner of the Flamingo South Beach
or Aimco. How convient for them!
