late last night my elderly parents were victims of a holiday scam fldreamholidays mis-sold them a dream holiday(there words)after 70 mins on the phone my father gave them his bank details he then telephoned me i phoned his bank within 30 mins they had taken 2 unautherised payments out totaling more than 900.Please dont fall into the same trap i have telephoned this company they will not talk to me unless i am booking a holiday i emailed them and do get a reply with a telephone number but again will not talk unless i want to book a holiday.My fathers bank have put it over to there fraud department so lets see what happens.

In reviewing our records it appears that this matter has been fully resolved. Kenneth Branch (Our Quality Assurance Department Manager) did correspond with you over the course of a 5 day period beginning on the 10th of January, and ending on the 15th of January 2013. On the 15th of January he did confirm for you (verbally/via email) that your parents package had been cancelled, and a full refund was issued. Our records show that the full refund did successfully post back to the the card which was charged initially.

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred, and we hope that you were satisfied with the way in which this matter was handled.
