This program is horrible I have proof I attended it for all who want to see said proof and I am not a spy not that anyone needs to spy on her program. She herself lies and has nothing to offer you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you are over the age of 21 and are able to travel and move away from home have no tie downs then apply yourself to the airlines dont use her. If your like me and just needed some interviewing skills take a college class somewhere near by you or look up a professional coach they will help you more then she can. THERE ARE NO INTERVIEWS, by defenition they give you PRESENTATIONS from the airlines not interviews. They do not have a 90% hiring rate. They lied to me about the class size as well and they do not do TRAINING at Jetblue they take you on a tour of there facility and thats all the do not give you and kind of training in their classes, they provide you is with meager interviewing skills which is them standing you up in front of your classmates critising you when you say what they tell you to say cause they say yes that sounds right but you cant say it cause you guys all sound the same well DUH! You tell us we say the wrong things if we didnt say what you said to say and then when we say what they said to say its still wrong cause we all sound rehersed and the same and airlines wont like that but since we never went to an airline interview or recieved one then it didnt matter that we practiced barely throughout the week cause it didnt matter. O by the way if you want to get a certificate from this course DONT they let people cheat they give thier students the answer and dont give a crap about the people like myself who studied really hard and passed with flying colors because they make sure YOU PASS. They cheat you out of your hard work and make sure those who didnt study pass they program as well. After 12 years of teaching you'd think they would know how to use a projector system and their own laptop but NO they dont even know how to use a USB they are idiots I spent more class time waiting and almost passing out from boredom waiting on them to finishing attempting to work their own equiptment. I've got more to tell for those who have any questions on this school. Please do not attend it its horrible it a waste of money,

Your program is not tough and why are you lying? you are not with any airline, so stop ripping people of their funds! That report that says "She had a wonderful experience is one of your friend" and they need to investigate you!

You have only been in business a short while and Donnot have enough for the Better business bureau to track your company! You are a joke and have no expertise to teach anyone! Your company is a horror story!

Our course is tough, and some applicants do not succeed in their career plans. Unfortunately, the internet encourages disturbed people to spew hatred; hate speech is designed to hurt others. Our program is proven - airlines would not come here if bad internet reviews were accurate. We enjoy an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau and we have been in business for 16 years, and have helped hundreds of people obtain airline jobs. You can believe trashy reports on the internet - from incompetent students, who prefer to blame others than admit to their own failures, or you can check a reliable source such as the Better Business Bureau. Flight Attendant Express

WELL YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE! 
I am a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) with 34 years of experience in Aerospace.  My career came to an end when the Space Shuttle Program ended.  I was looking for a new career and my Law Professor from ERAU suggested that I get in touch with a colleague of his Wendy Stafford that owned and operated Flight Attendant Express.  After speaking with Wendy I decided that I would invest in the program.  Needless to say, it was a wonderful experience.  I have worked and interfaced with management and executives at all levels during my career and found Wendy and her staff to be top-notch professionals.  Flight Attendant Express is affiliated with JetBlue and various other airlines. Wendys training is based on JetBlues core values that promotes safety, caring, fun, integrity, and passion. There was a lot of material to cover, which was geared toward what the airlines are looking for in the current marketplace.  Since 911 there have been many changes concerning Flight Attendants and their responsibilities.  If you dont possess the passion and willingness to take on the responsibility for what is required of you as a Flight Attendant then you have no business in this field.  Sounds to me like you didnt cut it and you want to put the blame on Flight Attendant Express.  Wendy and her staff have been nothing but total support since I completed her course. I completed the class nearly a year ago and have been invited to attend several interviews with major airlines that attend her school, one being
JetBlue.  By the way, we had a couple of students when I attended that did not pass the course, one of which had a learning disability, dyslexia.  Wendy understood the problem and arranged for the student to retake the tests with a proctor.  The arrangements had to be made outside the state of Florida.  I was truly impressed with Wendys passion concerning her students and her willingness to help each and every one of us achieve our goals.  I have made life long friends after attending Flight Attendant Express and several of us are now working for a major airline and continue to stay in touch.  I for one was just offered a job with JetBlue and start my training February 27th.  Good luck to you!  Just remember there is no such thing as A FREE LUNCH!!!

Defamation and False Claims

These two individuals made unreasonable demands from us and when we refused to cave-in to their demands, they proceeded to write lies about us and our program on this website.  In the 15 years we have been in business, these two are the only troublemakers we have experienced.  Here are some points of unfounded claims:

       Our instructor Nancy Piastuch was never fired from AirTran or escorted anywhere by the police. She in fact, has never been employed by AirTran.

       JetBlue fully vested Nancy and Margarita all JetBlue applicants undergo a rigorous multi-step interview process as well as an FBI-level background check. 

       We do help many, many people find jobs but they must be qualified applicants, with a clean background.  We cant help people that are unable to qualify or who wont do what is necessary to obtain the job.  It is unfair to attack people who do things the right way, if you fail to do so. Maybe there is some jealousy involved here.

       Of course we teach you what you need to know on the job, and this includes how to stay safe in a hotel, how to pack a bag and how to carry food provisions, due to the fact that flight attendants can encounter long work days.  We do not endorse any methods that are in any way illegal or unethical. 

       We do not teach you how to set a fire only how to prevent one and how to handle cabin fire emergencies. (Where did that one even come from???)

       We do not have 50 people in our classes and never have!  The maximum we have EVER had is 30.

       Our instructors never bad-mouth our students - we are here to encourage and empower, not knock them down.

       Flight Attendant Express does not ever hold itself out as a job placement company or a flight attendant training program each student is clearly informed that the program is to enhance an applicants chances when they do apply for a job at an airline.

       College degrees are not required for airline placement.
 
Im not sure where this person got these ideas from they are totally unfounded.  This is defamation of character and libelous. The only reason people like these are able to hurt small businesses and individuals are that some nave people foolishly believe their tirades and false claims.  If you really want to see what our students think about our program, go to our Facebook page and you will see literallyhundreds of positive comments and compliments about our program, which holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Flight Attendant express is a joke!!!
Wendy Stanford hired Nancy Middlebrook Piastuch to instruct, part time flight attendant express classes.
Nancy Middlebrook Piastuch a formal flight attendant for AirTran Airways witch is now Southwest Airlines.
Nancy Middlebrook Piastuch Was fired during her initial training at AirTran Airways in the beginning of 2011 after getting in to a a verbal fight with the in-flight supervisor and instructors for AirTran Airways Atlanta base the argument star it over the 24 hour clock. She was fired and scored out of the Airtran Headquarters building by security. The fight was so big that Airtran call the Atlanta police department to remove Nancy Middlebrook Piastuch out of the premises for AirTran headquarter for being extremely violent.
.
Now this person is the example and the instructor of flight attendant express, lets be serious! You really want to be instructed for $1200 by a crazy person?.
Now Nancy Middlebrook Piastuch is now a jet blue flight attendant with the help of flight attendant express, Nancy is now base in Orlando Florida by jetblue airways. Apparently JetBlue didnt check well her background, for sakes lets hope she doesnt turn into another Steve.
Nancy brags in all her classes, how jet blue airways hire her with OUT an interview only because she is an instructor for flight attendant express.
 
Your are paying to this clowns money and they will never help you find a job! Youre Dream Job!
If you want to take your career to the next level dont go to a school that is being teach by clowns!!! They are only looking for them self to get rich with your money!
They dont help you get a job!
They only get the job for them self.
You really want to spend $1,200 for a flight attendant training by clowns?
This is some of the teaching of Nancy Middlebrook Piastuch a JetBlue airways flight attendant base out of Orlando FL, teaches in the classroom, things such as how to pack your lunch! Or how to take alcoholic drinks, juices and snack out of the airplane, how to cook on the airplane under a coffee pot if you do this you will get fired, Nancy is teaching how to still and how to potentially star a fire on a airplane! You must never do any of her BS teachings.
 
Margarita an instructor for flight attendant she got hired by JetBlue airways with OUT going to an actual interview with JetBlue, she testified that JetBlue hired her because she is an instructor for flight attendant express.
 
Do you really want to pay $1200 to hear this clowns brag about there life without telling the real true of which they are?
 
On another note: if you go around  and ask all the graduates students for flight attendant express if they actually got invited for an interview by jet blue, they will tell you no! Or if they got hired by an airline, they will tell you no! If you ask any formal student if flight attendant express help they find a job! They will tell you no!
Wendy refers every student, them after training is over to go to the web site of each airline and apply! I hear many time nancy and margarita wisper one to another calling current students names like: stupit, idiots, hore all tipe of difrent names, This are the people that you are going to spend $1,200 to teach you, and treat you bad! 

You will pay $1200 to hear from margarita the instructor for flight attendant express talk about pilots and how many alcoholic drinks, she had during the week. Do you really want to spend your $1200 on this?
Think about it and be smart.
 
Also There classes are big 20 to 50 people in there classroom you will not learn much in a big group, they are all about the money think about it.
$1,200 x ____ people = $____ revenue of one class.
 
After they take your money they dont want to help you get a job.
 
The airlines will hire you with out any, any, any previous flight attendant experience or training.
You dont need to spend your money.
If you dont have a college degreed, go get a job in customer service and put it on your resume be smart you will get a call for the airlines wanting to interview you.
Dont waist your money.
 
Take a note and reflect: The airlines will teach you everything you need to know. Dont worry! You will have your dream job!
You will be teach by the airlines everything!!!! Such as City codes, 24 hour clock, federal aviation regulations for cabin, emergencies and company policys.
Save your money!
