 Floor Spring Designz installed granite counter tops in our house in Oct. 2013 The granite had a 4 inch repaired crack & a 24 inch crack; as well as severely scratched sinks, & unfinished bullnose. Over 3 months have passed & our salesman Terrance Stafford has made little to no effort to get it resolved. His manager Dave was also notified & no effort was made, the owner Mohamed Bouyarden called once & did not sound concerned. Floor Spring Designz has mad no effort to fix their poor work. Floor Spring Designz craftsmanship, customer service & professionalism has failed. I would not recommend Floor Spring Designz on any granite or home project.  Floor Spring Desigz made little to no effoert to handle my issue in 3 months, Floor Spring Designz & Remodling employees, Terrance Stafford, manager Dave, & Ashley; all stated at one time or another that the owner Mohamed Bouyarden was aware of my issues. When I finally spoke with Mohamed Bouyarden 3 months later, he said he had never heard of my issue. Either FSd employess are lying or the owner is.
