FloRd Agency This scam claims another victim. Delray Beach, Florida

Unfortunatly we have fallen victim to this scam. After ordering 2 magazines from this little scam artist, who promised not to deposit the post dated check until that date, agreed she went on her merry way. Well what a surprise ,while balancing our checkbook on-line we discovered our account was overdrawn by 70.00. Upon investigation we found it was caused by the two checks for 15.00 we had written to FloRd Agency. After stopping payment on the checks we are up to 90.00 dollars we ended up paying for  scam. Needless to say we found their is little we can do and this is even more frustrating. Short of not ever doing this agian, if their is anyone who has information or is filing a  formal complaint, please post.
