I know i owe back child support.But i am making my payment weekly.I got a letter in the mail sayingthat they are going to suspend my drivers incense.so i went over to the child support office.I told them that i am paying on a weekly bases and they said to me that theu wanted somr of the back pay. I told them that i am living on 200 dollar a week.
And i can not afore it.This system dose not make sense. They suspend your license so you can work.They just want you to keep owning them money. There should be a law where if you are working and making the payment they should mot tale your license. The system needs to be fix...It just not working for the woking man. It just keep kicking you down.

I somewhat agree that they should not suspend your driver license because you may not be able to get to work. It may be good if and only if you can get to work using public transportation; otherwise, tough luck... Hope you learn not to make babies before you can really afford one.
