Toll by Plate sent me a bill in the mail for a $1.00 toll that I had passed through and added on $2.50 in fees totaling $3.54. This is obsurd that the FDOT can legally do this when it is not visible on the toll sign that $2.50 will be added to the $1.00 toll. So a lot of toll cashiers lost their jobs and this is how they can scam more money from hard working people just trying to get to work.
