I ordered flowers for two friends on the 19th of March , they were to be delivered that day or the next being the 20th from Flower Delivery Express. I put in the orders one girl live in AL, and the other in NC.

I have confirmation of both order placed. Neither order was received by either person even though I was told that they were on the truck to be delivered before 7 pm on the 20th. I used pay pal to charge and thank God I did.

Pay pal is really useless when it comes to getting them to do a fraud investigation and they take 10 days to give the company to ful fill the order even though the company cancelled the order due to the dispute claim. My credit card was already charged and I have nothing to show for it at all.

I have filed a police report for Fraud, called a local TV station for hep and they will do a story on this. When I called the flower company again , I kept getting told they would be delivered by 7 pm.  Pay pal did a 3 way call with me and them to verify, and while we were on hold for 20 min, the girl never came back and pay pal stated that they did not want to do anything and that we should file a dispute and did and it was escalated to a claim.

I contacted the company today and ws told one order was out for delivery for today. Then when i asked who it was for, she stated that both orders were cancelled due to the dispute filed with Pay Pal but they still have my money.

Pay pal states it takes 10 days to resolve this but has not been able to reach them by email nor by phone nor has been willing to let you talk to their fraud dept as well to let them know about RipOff Reports.com and the police report filed.  

NEVER do business with this company ever! If you get your confirmation it will come from Wesley Berry Florists who's phone number is disconnected and if you try to email this company they never respond. They state they are open 24/7 7 days a week , 52 weeks a year but they are not. After 5 you get an answering service that will take your order but says they do not have access to other orders you placed, Most sound like they are from India, Phillipines etc. This is a huge scamming operation and needs to be shut down.

They use alternative alias as American Floral Delivery, Flower Deliver Express, Flowers Nationwide, Wesley Berry Florists Inc and a few more...all the same company and all the same lies, scams. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY do FTD from one of your florists in your area .
