One of our friends in Tokyo, Japan lost his brother and we decided to send flowers to their home for funeral. We checked couple of websites showing delivery on next day and selected date and time for delivery trusting www.flowerstotokyo.com
After our order and payment we received confirmation e-mail saying flowers will be delivered next day till 7:00PM. When we called them next day they said sorry, we will deliver tomorrow 10:00AM
They are giving wrong information on their website, and they are not working as per Japanese/Korean customs. You should not trust this website if you do not want to ruin your schedules.

cut time is for nextday delivery is 4pm. as you ordered 9:30pm, next day delivery time was passed. for sameday delivery(in 24houre), you had to check sameday delivery checkbox needed 30$ extra charge. we contacted receipient before delivery to check time of 'ochuya(japan traditional funeral ceremony)'.
we checked that morning 10am delivery was not late for 'ochuya(japan traditional funeral ceremony). this is why we didn;t send message sameday charge to you.( like this__as you ordered too late Please check sameday delivery). when customers order too late, the delivery company is closed, we can't reservate nextday delivery scadule, so we have to use private delivery traffic. this is extrachrge for same day.
I appologize to cause inconvenience. but this is not on purpose. Please understand japan delivery system. and on next order, give us your this complaint. we will give you free gift chocolate
