Self proclaimed Managing partner was found guilty of harrrassing a former invester and result was 180 day jail and 434..00 fine and coosts and 1 year probation so beware of investing in flying gracing before your aware of the consequences possible in this rip off report

After sending an email to prosecuter that Ed White a prominent national attorney was representing him Scott Bowerman after eluding the court, finally showed up in Columbus . He was fingerprinted as required and than said he was indigent and requested a public defender. This pre-trail means at least 2 more trips to Columbus of over 1300 miles . His above threats by him and his partners never materialized. I told him from Day 1 that he can not take my money . threaten and coerce me or my family but he continued resulting in charges against him . Other agencies are looking into his shoddy business practices and I will report on them as they progress .This is all public record.

Please name the car lot that you made a BBB complaint on ?Why did you call the owner and apolgize as you found out different ? ? please include case numbers or facts that substaniate your claims ? If you make a claim please lets hear your facts . You will need to justify this in court soon so am giving you a chance to elaborate on your statements . Please tell us about your DUI and loss of driving license ? Any thing else you want your partners to know before I let them know WHO they are dealing with . Now lets talk about verified facts : your bankruptcy hearings in 1997,2000 and 2006 all in grand rapids michigan , can provide more detail . Was mother in law sick all of these years ? Running out of time so if you have rebuttal when can discuss the forcible entry case on devonwood dr in grand rapids. In fact we can discuss a lot of other chapters in your life and very interesting material and all verified, I thought you were done as you said in an earlier post ?

This is how he operates .Why should your wife be ashamed of you that you asked for a tax statement ? Please never give out your social security as he should have it .His website is not encryted for security . His wife should be the one ashamed as she had to borrow money from a payday lender and got hit with a 2000 plus judgement against her ? (documented public knowledge ) I have been known to play horses and poker but have never had to resort to borrowing money from an high interest source . Most who do are in the verge of bankruptcy with terrible credit ratings . Jim I guess as he described we were investing in a fantasy investment and never owned any shares of the horses ever . I am glad he just shared that with newer and future investors as how this stable operates. Truth is 90% 0f stables lose money . My guess now they will try to start claiming at the 5000k or as known as the bottom where horses go where they no longer can compete at a high level .Any thing other than a win is a losing proprostion as R.G. recently remarked . It also invites injurys many times career ending . This stable sure goes a lot of horses in a short period of time . Jim , I believe we were the lucky ones by not getting saddled with training of horses that soon get discarded as no future potential or injurys I think an inquiry to the IRS or the WVA racing Commission well get you your tax statement without jumping thru hoops as that will be my method.

Read the contract closely, F.G.R. MAINTAINS ALL RIGHTS OF SAID HORSES. You should have sent me a 1099 as another partner did who has been in the game longer than you, Who also left the stable with unpaid balance and forfieted his shares in Jan, because he did not think it was smart to train Mavata through the winter. She won M,S,W, first out.

Repeated threatening phone calls (documented ) and emails(over 5000) full of threats and intimidation. Threats to your family ( documented )
Calls to your neighbors (documented ) seeking information on you .
Will post your picture on Craigslist calling you a pervert and wifebeater and listing your name and address ( documented) Will attempt to if he finds any of your friends that have own a business will file BBB complaints against them
Constant threats of law suits by fictious attorneys against you , Mu advise as I did is to keep separate files as I did. Have many more examples of his threatening behavior but think you get the idea of what your facing. Good luck in your attempts to get your tax statements, as after the second year have not obtained mine.
