So, yeah, of course I made a mistake when I was younger and in college, and I ran up one of my credit cards to somewhere around $900.00.

Two years later, these guys decide to harass my DAD at their address, an address I haven't lived at for at least 3 years now. Which is...expected...they are debt collectors after all.

So I called the company back, and I spoke to Ms. Love, who was probably one of the most abrasive and miserable people that I have ever spoken to IN MY LIFE. When I got on the phone with her, she lied about the phone calls between her and my father, saying that my father called THEM wanting to talk to them about me (complete bullshit, as they have been harassing my father at home for quite some time now).

I tried to ask her for information in regards to my current debt, and she not only yelled at me, but she was sarcastic and she interrupted me when I tried to answer her questions! When I told her that I wanted to talk to my mom first because the company seemed shady (again...because I still can not grasp the fact that a legitimate company would employ this type of person) she said that she was willing to make a deal with me about how much i owed, but now I have no choice, and I owed the company in full (including some ridiculous late fees?) by tonight. She then hung up on me.

I quickly called back and...(lucky me) got her again. I then requested to speak to her supervisor. Instead of putting me on hold like and normal phone support would do, she stayed on the line with me, and spoke to her manager about me while I was listening...saying things like "This is the girl I was telling you about" to her manager...talking to her manager about where he wanted to take the call, humming into the receiver as she was waiting for him to get the phone. Does this company not have a 'hold' button?

The manager that I spoke to, who's name was Drew, was apathetic and emotionless. He went through the whole "I understand how you feel, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your concern" routine. He did however highlight on the fact that their company was a collections agency, and did not practice customer service. So, now I know where I stand with them...which is wonderful.

I work in a job where I handle multiple phone calls a day in regards to money, and never once have I thought that any company would let someone like these people represent them.

I have looked at multiple reviews about this company, and all of them are negative and highlight on their lack of intelligent, civil employees. I'm surprised that this company has continued to exist...
