Ford And Ford Dealers Ripoff, Defective repairs Lanham Maryland

1, On 6/4/2005My 2004 Ford Explorer would not start after driving to hardware store, This was the first major problem or issue, besides a leaking moon roof and slipping tyranny 5 months prior.

Odometer was at 22,543 Vehicle towed to Al Packer White Marsh Ford.

Received vehicle back 3 days before departing for military duty in GA, 6/9/2005 decided to drive my 2003 Isuzu Rodeo. "2nd reason was the Explorer was getting no where near the 24mpg stated on sticker"

2, Returned to MD 7/30/2005 and on 8/1/2005 drove Explorer to work = Dead on 695 same problem again

Odometer was at 22,588 Vehicle towed to Towson Ford.

Replaced fuel pump again but had to wait for parts including a fuel driver module.
Picked up vehicle on 8/29/2005 after return from duty in South Korea, no need for the Rodeo this time.

3, Now like before Explorer stalls and is shutting down. At least on 5 occasions but it will now restart?

Odometer 23,551 Off to Al Packer White Marsh Ford 10/05/2005

They drove vehicle for 3 miles Problem not duplicated was told to take notes.

Some what of a problem not to bad just annoying,

Odometer 26,031 full tank of gas, took family to Florida for X-mas = 1 big mistake.

Total 6 shut downs on e on 95 late evening surrounded by 18 wheelers suddenly I'm dead no power trucks air horns blaring.

Short story long = 2 big mistake

4, Odometer 28,544 Ford customer care had me take car to Dar Cars Ford 9020 Lanham Severn Road Lanham, MD 20706.

They said they found contaminated fuel no warranty work was authorized looking at $150.00 bill and up to 2,000.00 for repairs'.

Their response was, we were not the dealership that messed up your car and if we don't get paid we don't do the work.
