Brandice Labadie and her short little con man boy friend Robert Raff are total incompetent rip offs!  They opened a company called Foreclosure prevention pros about a year ago and had NO IDEA what they were doing?  They are selling franchises just like real estate franchises but NO ONE is making money other than them!  Im a real estate agent and gave one of their agents 5 homes to short sell which is supose to be their speciality?  What a joke!   These idiots kept asking for the same documents time and time again and after about 6 mths of watching how unorganized they are I finally pulled my deals.  Rob Raff make excuses about why nothing is getting done because hes to ignorant act like a man and take responsibility!  Brandice Labadie is the "prented" presidient of FPP and thats because she was working with a guy that was doing short sells.  She then told her con man little boy friends about it and he dicided to make it a business.  EVeryone that listened to Rob Raff has wasted their time and money becasue he had no idea what he was doing and in the process many went into foreclosure or lost money buying into the franchise! 

Rob Raff is a crimianl indeed!  I called several people about Rob Raff and they all called him a criminal!  Rob tells everyone he had 800 mortgage guys across the country which means he had about 100.  Rob was sued in that deal as he ripped off his partner. Rob Raff was also involved in an FBI sting in which Rob was buying stolen office supplies.  One thing after another with this little man who wants so desperatly to be BIG? Rob Raff is a joke and so is his girlfriend Brandice who must be stupid or desperate to even hang with this little toad!  Their office is shared with a network marketing company and its not really even an office.  There is a bunch of cubicles in the back probably from the mortgage ripoffs that Rob associates himself with.  Rob told people who were interested in an FPP franchise that the average net spread in MI was $10,000 -$15,000 which is a total joke!  For one thing these liars cant get deals done and for another they ripped off their brokers with a new deal called agent direct which cuts out comission to the broker.  Anyone who listens to ONE WORD from these people is an idiot!  Robs right hand man Jason Mccune even quit because he was afraid of the law suits that were coming due to gross neglegence. I know people right now that are in the process of seeking criminal charges against Brandice Labandie and Robert Raff!
