Foresight Media rip off artists Newburgh New York

I responded to an internet ad featuring the products; Wrinkless and Ayur skin Cream. This ad toted that these 2 creams when working together would produce results in 4 weeks. It did not!

I received the product and promptly cancelled being automatically billed.At no time was I informed that I woud be billed for the cream.I was under the understanding, that I would only have to pay for Shipping & Handling of these products. I was not informed that I would have to pay full price for these products, when it is advertised as a trial.  I received my credit card bill and was surprised to see that I was billed an enormous amounts for the 2 creams. When I called to talk to a representative (seymour) he told me  too bad, I had that I had passed the 15 day mark to receive a credit. When I asked for the gentlemans name. He gave me only his first and said was not allowed to give out his last name. I then asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told there were none available.

This company is obivously a scam. Something needs to be done. Espcially when it is connected to the Dr Oz  show. Not good for publicity.
