Forest Lakes Garden Homes in Hot Springs Arkansas is owned by Robert Bob Malt who also owns Malt Realty, Forest Lakes, Malt Village Homes and Mountain Vista Ranch Estates. Our company has represented Robert Malt for over 5 years and have had slow payments along the way. However in October of 2014 Bob Malt asked us to build a new Hot Springs Equestrian Neighborhood themed website for a project that the Hot Springs developer (Robert "Bob" Malt) was building. The problem is we never received any payments for any of his websites from that day forward, which includes 4 additional websites targeting the real estate market in both Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
Each month we spent 40+ hours working on his websites for Forest Lakes Garden Homes, Malt Realty of Hot Springs, Malt Village Homes in Hot Springs Village and Mountain Vista Ranch Estates in Hot Springs. After 3 months of non-payment we started calling Arkansas Land and Equipment and making payment arrangements, which they never made. The current amount owed our company is $10,440.00 as of 5-7-2015.
The following websites that are associated with Robert Bob Malt have all been shut off and are now being auctioned off to recover expenses incurred from Bob Malt's group of companies:
