I write this as a customer and a victim of the FOREVER YOUNG scam in Washington County, Oregon.
Club Tan closed the doors and moved across town around 2002. For customers, the move was inconvenient and unprofessional but the company continued to provide services. THEN became FOREVER YOUNG / Club Tan... eventually just FOREVER YOUNG. Selling cut rate services to get their hands on cash and credit cards (I was quoted 97% off on one visit) became the focus of FOREVER YOUNG. Staff were trained to lie and treated like doormats. In turn the staff treated customers the same. With it's horrible customer service, deceitful owners and staff, scheduling nightmares, unsafe and broken equipment, bad service and NO REFUND policy all touted by the overly plastic looking conartist owners Jennifer & Ron Zemp, FOREVER YOUNG began to pop up on the Better Business Bureau website.
March 2013, KATU news reported that "both the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau have received dozens of complaints that Forever Young laser medical spa mishandles payments and mistreats customers". http://www.katu.com/news/problemsolver/State-investigating-Forever-Young-medical-spa-195471101.html

In July 2013, after closing the doors on one location without notice, lying to customers, staff calling customers with offers of early pay off of package for a deep disount deal to get as much cash as possible and "hard selling" new packages to new customers knowing services would never be rendered, owners laying off staff without notice FOREVER YOUNG then posted messages on their website about a Sat closing date of the Tanasborne (Beaverton) location and then they cleared out in the middle of the night and ran into hiding on a Thurs prior to the posted closing date.
All of this leaving staff payroll unpaid and customers with no way to gain access to computers or documents showing how many thousands of dollars they paid for services they will NEVER receive. Then a shady "friend" of the Zemps from Tan Republic went on the KATU story stating that FOREVER YOUNG customers tannning packages would be honored and served at their location. When customers showed up they got a "hard sell" from staff at that location and learned that there was no intention of "honoring" tanning packages already paid for at FOREVER YOUNG. It was a another rip off stunt so the Zemps could get out of town to their new location in Nevada under the new business name SECRET YOUTH LASER CLINIC. They posted the EXACT SAME website, pictures and all, with the new name. Hard to believe that these scam artists left town, without being tarred and feathered since they stole thousands of dollars from people in Washington County, Oregon and blatantly set up shop in Nevada without the law stepping in somewhere to protect people! THe "Rip Off Reports" on this company start back in 2011! Time for the State Attorney General to step in and bring these con artists to justice !!!!

Ex-employees are not behind this report. It's the former customers of Forever Young who were ripped off by the Zemps. And there is no misunderstanding to clear up. The Zemps ripped off their customers and employees in Oregon, and took our money to open their Henderson location, of which you are not the true owner. We're only trying to warn the unsuspecting, so they don't lose their hard earned money like we did.

Adriana, the "NEW Owner" is an extension of Ron and Jenn Zemp. In fact, she moved from Oregon and LIVES IN THEIR HOME WITH THEM! She worked for them at Forever Young in Oregon! These people are all one and the same. Serial crooks! Their constant attempts to hide are pathetic. Changing the name and now signing ownership over to a former Forever Young employee? They did the exact same thing with Youthful Body in Prineville, OR. Signing "ownership" over to James Lewis (Forver Young employee) to hide in the shadows and continue to collect profit.
Don't be taken in or manipulated by these money hungry, greedy, dishonest people! They are desperate to take peoples money! She brought no staff from Oregon, she IS the staff from Oregon!
Adriana has no money to buy a skateboard much less a laser clinic. This is all a slide of hand through paperwork. In real estate, it would be called a "straw buyer".
The Zemps are the money behind SECRET BODY. What's their Secret...They are corupt thieves.
Do your homework before signing ANY contracts or handing over any of your hard earned money. Don't be fooled by all the name changes, new management or "New Owners"! There are plenty of legitamate Laser Clinics in the area.

My name is Adriana I am the new owner and I took over on 10/16/2013. I am very excited to be apart of the community and will strive to give the best service possible. I am a hard worker and so excited to finally after all my years in medspa to be a part of the community Henderson. I have put everything I have into this store and I hope the Henderson community will welcome me with open arms. I have put my life savings into this business, I am dedicated to being here a long time. I am pleading with the residence of Nevada to please not ruin my dream and believe these ripoff reports. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at 702-564-1982, I will be happy to clear up any misunderstandings. I have a well trained certified staff that are ready to give you the results you want. When I purchased the location I did bring my own staff in and as with any change in owner ship some of the employees did not want to stay on with the new structure and the way I wanted to move forward. Unfortunatly it looks like some ex-employees are trying to make it rough on me. Please feel free to come see me and see that there is nothing going on but great service and great lasers I am here 6 days a week.

Lisa Johnson worked at Youthful Body on eastern and is a liar. She is making up lies because she is vindictive. I am her exgirlfriend I was with her 5 years and she is the most controlling vindictive person you will ever meet. She is the one posting all of these lies because she is borderline psychotic. Everyone needs to know she has aids and Lisa Johnson is murdering people by not telling them she has Aids!
