Forsythe Data Equipment ripoff fax and invoice is continually sent to our office San Diego California

Forsythe Data Equipment has continually sent faxes to our office. Although we never got sucked into sending back the credit application, It wasn't until this last time that I found all the reports of the scam complaints against this company.

Something has to be done. I would imagine that larger companies that do not have as many safequards or reviews of the fax communications would accidentally be sucked into the scam. The fax looks like an official invoice with a request for a credit card or a credit application to set up an account.

The first give away however is the bill to addressee is not an employee. Our company is small enough that right away we can tell at least a mistake has been made.
But they are very careful to not include a return fax number or even an direct dial. They have not website for the company either.

Please don't be mislead.
I cannot believe that they have actually gotten someone to fall for this. But they must get some takers or they wouldn't keep risking getting caught.
