FOS Furniture Worst customer service they will take your money and wont give you any information at all. I got hung up on by the manager Tony Adams twice and he refused to let me know where my order was after its been almost 8 weeks. I asked to speak to the owner he hen told me to go online and look it up. There sales guys are rude and they dont care anything about the customer once you pay them . I wonder if I will ever see my couch since noone will answer my calls there cape coral Florida
I paid half down for a couch and went the next day to change my mind before the order was placed. I then spoke to my sales guy Rob Agron who wouldnt cancel it and convinced me that it was a good buy and that he will call me on monday once my order was placed. I never heard from them and it has been 8 weeks as of today. I called today and they told me they have ni updates and that I should be getting a call back, I then spoek to Tony Adams who claims to be a manager and he told me there is nothing he can do and for me not to call back, He then hung up on me twice and said he wouldnt give me the name of the owner!! I feel like i have been ripped off as the least that they can do is give me backmy money or some information on where my product is. The customer service here is horrible and they tell you things like I dont want to be talking to you about this or im going to hang p if you keep calling. How are they still around!!! Do not buy from FOS furniture in 790 del prado blv in cape coral fl they will just waste your time and treat you porrly in between. please take my advice call them up and you will see how rude they are to you
