I first joined the Foxies Fund Facebook group to give sick animals prayers of healing , I soon witness there was many things not right with this Charity organization, One was this Foxies Care program when these two men Art Smith and Domnick Tambone was asking their members to buy into the Foxies Care Insurance program,

As someone who consults for various non-profits across the country, this complaint seems to have popped up to the top because some fool keeps updating the complaint.  So I checked out the non-profit with the IRS website, as well as a couple of websites that publish the financials for non-profits.

First, this non-profit is properly setup with the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization.  It has a tax-determination letter from the IRS with a proper tax ID number I was able to view on the IRS website.  I called a friend in the Cincinnati office of the IRS that oversees all non-profits and there have been no complaints filed against this entity.  I also reviewed Charity Navigator and since they generate less than $50K in revenue, they file a very simple 990-N return for the public to see.  They haven't been rated by Charity Navigator, but as a small non-profit, I doubt seriously anyone would take the time to rate the entity.

Second, if donors wish to see a non-profits financials, the financials are public and the public can view those financials at any point.  Sites in which the financials can be viewed include Charity Navigator, the IRS, or Guidestar; donors can view the 990's for free once registered.  There is and cannot be anything secretive about a non-profit's financials.  In exchange for the non-profit to not paying income taxes to the Feds or the State, the non-profit must allow its financials to be public information to allow donors the choice of whether to donate to the non-profit in question, or not.  I can sort of see why complaints about the non-profit are not going to be listened to - it's because the complaints lack legitimacy.

Third, there is nothing wrong with a one-person non-profit.  Most non-profits begin with one person, a cause to pursue, and the desire to see a program developed that will help satisfy some of the cause.  Sounds exactly like what happened here.

Full Disclosure:  I am not in Georgia (I am in California), know nobody who is associated with the non-profit, and I only became interested because of the accusations against the non-profit.  Now that the non-profit administratively checks out, and the accusations against it are verifiably false, perhaps I will instead report this to the Moderator's of this site, so they can redact the name of the non-profit from the boards.

How did Art Smith from Foxies Fund rip off others from pay pal? Art is the web page builder, behind the selection button it may say $5.00 but really it could have been $15.00 recurring monthly, secure pay pal station has a area where you type in the amount that you want to donate.

Screen shots provide show proof of this also Art Smith was tampering with the page that was froze and can no longer run her scams. Foxies Fund had to create a whole new page with a now secure pay pal system take caution in donating to charities like Foxies Fund Art is always coming up with collection scams.

Now Randy Boles you can kiss our as*es, proof shown that the web master froze the page, this makes a Go Fund Me froze for fraud. You Caring Froze for Fraud and now a whole d**n web page, We Also will be posing 100% proof of Tambone cying to his members send in emails to have his first Go Me Opened back up it remains frozen to this day or being fraudulent.

Animal Abuser Randy Boles and Brenda Fisher both fight hard for this fraudulent 501c3 charity , evidence of this will be presented or look them two up on Ripoff Report. 

Art Smith had to tell her face book group Foxies Fund why donation buttons was not operating proper due to her tampering with these , I turn this in to pay pal and pal also froze that accountfor tampering with a donation station , Art Smith had to create a whole new page.

The complainant writes - "Though we are dissatisfied about a number of things, I will highlight just a few." WE? Who is this "WE"??

The person who wrote this false attack on Foxies Fund refers to himself as 'we' and 'us'. Exactly who are you and why are you representing yourself as some sort of authoritative investigative organization? 

Number 1, Foxies Fund is run by two people. One person does all the administrative and record keeping. Dominick, does all the liaising with vet and client for smooth fund-transfers. Foxies Fund's only interest is in the best outcome for the dog, client and vet.  Art Smith and Dominick Tambone run Foxies Fund as a team with all the policies and procedures adhered to.

Dominick Tambone has sunk over $30,000 into this charity to help dogs, out of his OWN pocket. Donations have been low or non existant since Michael Dodds evil rampage. When receits are posted names and addresses and phone numbers have been blocked out for privacy reasons. Which is totally normal... the writer of the attacking complaint, tries to make out that everything Foxies Fund does is not the normal procedure. Try looking at Oxfam... a multi million dollar charity, and see just how much (or less) of the donations goes to actually helping the people they claim to help. Foxies Fund, a very small and struggling charity is kept financially going by Dominick Tambones own earnings. He has sold his own belongings, and he has delayed paying rent to be able to help dogs in immediate danger. (such as parvo or pyrometra)

Foxies Fund is unable at times, to tell people/members when a dog will have medical care, or even how much it will cost... here's why.

• Foxies Fund has to be able to communicate with the client and the vet to verify what has been disclosed.
• If the client or vet is unavailable for days on end, then it is pretty unlikely that any information can be forthcoming to any of it's members requests.
• Estimates are announced when it is known on Foxies Fund's facebook page.
• Receipts are posted, but certain documents aren't because of privacy reasons.  Even then, an estimate is an estimate, and sometimes, the procedure turns out to be cheaper than estimated or more expensive. Sometimes clients will let Foxies Fund know they have funds left over and generously donate it back to Foxies Fund. Other clients are dishonest, and withdraw cash from the vets account. 

Foxies Fund does rely on the integrity of people, but they have to be realistic about people trying to scam money out of them that is why there IS a process in place. If people want to know what policies and procedures and terms and conditions Foxies Fund follows, then go to their facebook page, facebook.com/groups/foxiesfund.net/ if you look hard enough in the "files" section there are uploaded files you can view. There also is a guideline to some rules and regulations on their page as well under "rules". Not too hard to see.  

Number 2, Foxies Fund IS a 501c3 charitable organization. I clicked onto the link to search for the tax exempt organizations and there it is as plain as day. 

Number, 3, Foxies Fund HAS a letter of determination from the IRS as a 501c3. If you would like to view it, it is also on their facebook page in the files section. It has always been there. All people have to do is LOOK. 

The author of the complainant is our old nemisis Michael Dale Dodd. He hates Foxies Fund and recruites people to spread his lies around the internet. He hates Dominick and claims he has all the EVIDENCE against Foxies Fund, even claiming they are part of a crime syndicate, defaming Dominick, saying he is a child molester AND homosexual. This merciless slander and attacks on innocent Foxies Fund members has been going on for almost FIVE YEARS. Yes you heard right. Five years, this lunatic has been stalking, slandering, harrassing, threatening and publically humiliating not only the administration of Foxies Fund but all new members that join. Michael Dale Dodd of Winterhaven Florida, also, goes as far as to harrass members employers, neighbors and acquaintences to spread the poison he so desperately wants them to drink. It's quite scary and the police department can do nothing to stop this maniac. He has over 300 facebook profiles so he can infiltrate Foxies Fund on facebook and try to twist around everything they do, to make it look or sound as if they're doing something wrong.

Michael D Dodd is a dog killer. He has no qualms about destroying a charity that is trying to save the lives of dogs in distress. He has been the sole cause of at least 3 dog deaths due to his aggressive stalking behavior that frightens donors away. He hunts and kills beautiful deer, even smiles for the camera while a bleeding buck is in front of him on the ground... he is no animal activist or advocate. 

Number 4, as for the so-called mountain of evidence... Foxies Fund has called on this lunatic for over 4yrs now to produce the evidence he is taking to the FBI, (I didnt know it took 4 years to gather evidence for the FBI) as have the 100's of people he has attacked through facebooks private messaging system. What ever Michael Dodd can throw at Foxies Fund, they can always have a legitimate rebuttal for it because there is no substantial grounding for his claims at all... it is all make believe in that poor delusional head of his.

My advice to anyone reading this ridiculous attack on the charity Foxies Fund... go to their website  foxiesfund.net/ go to their facebook page. Go to their youtube channel and thoroughly check them out. Members donate gifts so they can be raffled, so they can raise funds for surgery or vet treatment for the dogs. Michael Dodd needs to either get a life, or go to a mental health hospital to get some serious help. Anyone who finds pleasure in attacking and scaring innocent women, and putting the lives of dogs in jeopardy, and getting people fired from their jobs needs to be jailed for dispicable preditorial behavior on the innocent.

Over 2 years ago a Foxie's Fund group admin Randy Boles (Gillian Algoode) on Face Book wrongfully accused myself of reporting a fraudulent gofundme and you caring accounts. There have been other persons attacked by the Foxie's Fund Inc. Dominick Tambone is well aware of these attacks and promotes them. He calls his group an army. We investigated the Foxie's Fund Inc. group ourselves and discovered some of the pets they are asking funds for are not legitiment. Member clients are involved in this fraud activity. We have also had past members that had their debit cards over charged, as they donated a one-time donation and then over the next few months money was being taken off the card without approval from the card holder in which case they had to cancel that card to stop the fraud from their account. This person was also attacked in a video on the Foxie's Fund facebook group using their name and claiming that they were hurting the puppies which in turn caused violent back lash on this person that was being scammed out of money. This person was actually attacked and stalked at her home and has the Police reports to prove this activity. I myself also recieved death threats via phone and private messages and these were also reported to the proper authorities as well and I also have the screenshots of these attacks as proof and evidence. One of the admins Randy Boles ( Gillian Algoode) still to this day continues to attack my family including members that have nothing to do with any kind of dog groups on facebook. I am not Olaf Rodgers or Heinz Maak although the Foxie's Fund Inc. & Face Book group Foxie's Fund blamed myself for these attacks about taxes & not being a legit 501C3 non profit , After we investigated intthis we found that these are very shady people that help fraud & attacks other , My personall advise is to block the criminal from your personall face books they are very dangerous

As you can see from the photo attached, more lies and misrepresentation from Foxie's Fund posted by one of their admins named Art Smith who resides in Australia. Art Smith is a bogus name and one got to wonder Foxie's Fund is a Domestic Non-Profit registered in the state of Georgia, USA. Now why is a person with a bogus name, Art Smith, who resides in Australia solicits funds for Foxie's Fund.
