Foxx Termite Collects money and doesn't show up. ($6,000+) Over 50 similar complaints and 2 compliments; they keep getting business? Diamond Bar California

I have made over 3 appointments and this company has failed to show up.  The owner states he will call back and no return phone call is made.  The work that we had done and paid several thousands of dollars for was not completed, and fell apart after 1 month.  

We bought a house in March 2014.  We have a very big patio deck, and there are several spots that needed to be fixed.  Because this company was 'recommended' or 'cheap' the seller chose to have them do the work.  They do guarantee in all paperwork there is a 2 year guarantee, and a 5 year warranty on all work 'or your money back!'  I called to simply ask if they could take another look, that I thought they missed some areas, and was wondering if they'd come back and fix it.  I contacted them on 04/23/2014.  

We scheduled, on 05/03/2014 @ 12:00 PM; at 1:30 PM I called the company.  A woman said they had an 'emergency' and wouldn't be able to make it.  Rescheduled with that same woman for the next day 05/04/2014 (this call was made with a 1-800 on the web site).  Again that next day, they were supposed to be there at 12.  Wasting my day away I called them at 2:00pm.  No show, and wouldn't answer the phone.  Spoke to Chris the 'owner' the next day or day after, and he had the nerve to say "You had my cell phone, why didn't you call it!?"  Trying to blame me for his mistake, he didn't even just simply apologize for wasting my weekend.  He said he wouldn't be able to make it out on the next weekend, but could make it on 05/17/2014 @ 9:00 AM.  After 10 AM that day, I called his 'cell' which he stated was a good number.  I left a detailed message, that stated I was unhappy that no one is calling ahead of time if they weren't able to make it, and that completely not showing up for appointments and ignoring the problem is not guaranteeing his work done on my new home.  

Our seller paid for services that should have a warranty, and Foxx is just basically taking the money and running.  After I left that message, Chris called back and stated that on 05/17/2014 "when i was at your property..."  The problem is, he's never been to my property after the 1st initial visit.  I inturrupted him and proceeded to tell him he has no showed on us 3 seperate occasions, he has not been at my property for a 2nd time.  He asked to put me on a "brief hold" which lasted for another 3 additional minutes and he either hung up on me or we got disconnected.  After 10 minutes he didn't even try to call me back.  I left yet another message.  He returned my call and asked if I could give him "approximately 20 minutes" to figure out "where his guy was."  Still after 2 days (and I have left several messages), he hasn't returned my call.  

There is clearly damage that was neglected, and in some spots of our deck, when you step it feels like we may fall through which is a safety concern, considering its 10+ feet off the ground.  I have several emails, as well as their website and facebook page states "100% money back guarantee" "5 year warranty guaranteed with all work!"  

Unfortunately we are in a tight spot.  We have wrote the BBB.  They had no luck, no response.  We also have got a second opinion.  This company missed over 13 spots of damage, and that isn't just in the deck, it is in our home.  

If Foxx Termite is unwilling to actually show up (which they obviously can't do), what am I to do?  The work that was completed was not done correctly, and during inspection a lot was missed.  How will I ever trust them, if they decided to come around.  I have been very patient in giving them a change to come fix the issue but the issue still remains.

Are they licensed?  Are they a real company?  There are over 50 of the same reviews on yelp, about them showing up and very few compliments.  I have a feeling a lot of owners are going through the same exact thing as me.

Ugh.
