  we have  used frable plumbing  to have a well pump installed  mike frable and a younger gentle man came  out and gave us a estimate of   $1,300 for a well pump based on the papper work we had shown him from the original well pump installer  it would be   $300/ 400 to pull it up if it was a broken wire it would be aditional  $150  for the repair but a new well pump going by the papper work we showed him it would be $1,300 after all was said and done the bill came out to almost $1,800.00  $500 from wich was originally quoted!!

we are on a fixed income we had informed them  we ar both retired senior  citizens!! we feel we were taken advantage of!!  they harrassed us for the overage of money from the quote they gave us!!  we had contacted pout insurance company to see if  we had coverage they had told us to keep the pump they would send a adjuster out to retreive it!! it hasnt been more than 2 hours later and we called frable and asked for our old pump back they said they didnt have it!! they saids it was disposed of  now we called the insurance company they said something seems very suspicious!! 

they had got back to us and informed us that frable plumbing was under investigation for others  that have complained. the could not give is any other information until the investigation was done. i just dont want any other consumer to go through what we had gone through! after a few months i also found  out that they were working on a heating sytem and recived a deposit and left anothetr custommer with out heat for almost  2 weeks!!  they told them the part was on back order!!>?  and for them to get a hotel for the time being they were falbergasted to say the least!!
