Franco Faggioni This landlord rents out 1177 Paquette St in Sudbury, ON, He does not like to do repairs to code & is only concerned about this rental money, even if he has seen what needs to be done, He peeks thru the windows of tenants in the lower level & refused to repair shower / tub in the upper level which was unusable for 67 days. Franco would not repair shower area until forced thru the courts, because the quotes were too expensive.The repairs were completed only because of court order & Franco still seemed like he wanted to abade the remainder of the court order list which consisted of mold , mildew & other issues. DO NOT RENT from this man!! His only concern is his wallet & has no regards to safety and regular maintenance for his tenants. He has also listed this residence in an ad to rent out while residents were living in the rental unit. Please be advised of this crook who has many properties he rents out in Sudbury area. This landlord rents out 1177 Paquette St in Sudbury Ontario Canada. He owns other rental properties in  the area as well. DO NOT RENT from him!!

For many reasons he does not & will not do maintenance repairs unless he is ordered by court orders & will try to do a little as possible on the court order. In the upper home he rents out, the shower /tub was unusable because the tub surround split. He had witnessed the broken surround  & had sent in 2 companies for repair quotes. Each quote was rejected because Franco thought they were too expensive. The tub/shower was unusable for a 67+ days. Even after some repairs were addressed, the new tub surround was separated from the WRONG glue used.

There is mold & mildew in both levels of this duplex.These repairs have not been repaired to code..The tenants are frustrated at this landlord because he only thinks of his wallet & will never have any regards for tenants safety & rights. Obviously he has gotten away with a lot of tenant issues for a long time &  the repair list will grow longer.

Franco has been peeking into the windows of his tenants & has been caught in the act. The tenants were so shocked & shaken by this invasion of privacy. He has also been caught posting ads for the upper unit that is not ready for rent. The upper unit is not vacated & had posted his ad illegally  because he wants to rent out for a higher price. The actions of this man are not the actions of a responsible landlord & should be held liable for these actions mentioned...

The dryer in the building isnt working well. the element is going & drying laundry costs doubles. Its cheaper to go to laundromat to dry clothes.

This landlord is being reported so others do not have to find out the hard way. If you find this man's name attached to properties in the sudbury area, DO NOT RENT from him!!! Continue on with your search for a much more reliable, trust worthy landlord, who will take care of the property he/she owns.
