Frank Ballista frank.ballista@gmail.com and Paul Gartner work with scam companies on the internet facilitating boiler room type fraud. if you google the Email address it brings up a mutitude of scam boiler room sites that these guys own/host. They are linked to these sites which appear on lots of regulaters websites that warn that the companies/sites are scams.

They use the company name Patch Telecom and bilac informatica.

The sites i have listed above are the ones that i can find i expect that there i many many more that they own.
