I recently attempted again to contact Frank at the last known address he provided and found that the return mail receipt just came back last week without success and the phone numbers he listed are useless.  I agree with Fran who filed June 22, 2012 on RipOff  that Fran has had many unsuccessful efforts to contact Frank to obtain the funds Frank also owes him.  What again appears to be evident from Frans outline of the events with Frank and the monies owed by Frank is that Frank does not want to be available or to be found.
 Frank appears to always respond that he does not know you and has no recollection of the people he owes or the event(s).  Frank offers and suggests that he or his attorney should be contacted to discuss these matter privately. 
Again, be aware as I and Fran and apparently others who have used RipOff to bring to light Franks behavior and tactics, that we are still waiting for contact information.     I am asking Frank again to give a legitimate physical address to be served as well as legitimate telephone numbers where he may be reached.     I sent to him again 15 pages of his agreements for monies owed by him to me as well as copies of his emails stating that he owed these funds and the wires were about to go out to reimburse me the funds he borrowed.  If there is no other way for him to receive these documents which he has received many many times in the past via email as well as the US mail, then please inform us Frank to post them on RipOff so you may see your legitimate
documents and emails.
