He operates under several company names, U.S. Enterprise LLC, Granite Kitchens, Granite Cabinets with addresses listed as 1105 Toluke Pointe Orlando, FL 32828, 2609 Hiawatha Ave Sanford, FL 32773 and 2200 Forsyth Rd #G38 Orlando, FL 32807.
The owners of these companies are listed as Frank Ortiz, Estela Damaris and Inez Rodriguez 407-429-1383. He will be very professional at first but once he gets your money you will never see him again.
He came to my home and gave me an estimate on counter tops and after several days I greed to move forward with his quote. I met him at HF Stone Granite Supplies on Hanging Moss Rd in Orlando to pick out the granite and paid him the deposit to start the job. That's when he stops being a professional, he agreed to have the work completed in 12 to 15 days but when that time came he was not ready and rescheduled the day. But when that day passed he stopped returning calls, then he had someone by the name James (407-219-0944) who claims to be one of his installers call and reschedule but again no one showed and now neither will return a call. He is obviously running a fraud scam to get money for deposits and never intending on completing the work based on the amount of complaints I have now found online about him and his companies.
I am attempting to file a criminal complaint against him with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office as this is obvious theft by fraud. This man needs to be stopped, if you have any information please contact me through here.

I have been reading your report about Frank Ortiz and i can definitely see myself there. We had the same approach with Frank as the one you had and then nothing. We are still under contract with him but it's been a month now and 1/4 of the job done had to be redone. he operates now under American Kitchens and Home Design, Inc.
I would like to know what happened with you after you filed a complaint with Orange county.
