Franklin Amercian mortgage co is a rip off. We had brokered a loan through them on 6/11/09. We had approved the hud prior to closing; last minute they changed the closing instructions to the title company to steal 4 thousand dollars of our commisions. We worked 3 and 1/2 months on getting this loan to close only to have our money stolen by a white collar pencil pusher named Tom Williams. He is the head of the department and he is theif. He is another Bernie Madoff in the making. It is people like this that will criple our us economy. If I had worked directly for them this would be illegal for them to steal income from my family. But since I am commision he felt we were paid enough to do this loan. They also forged my name on the final 1003. If you have a choice not to use this company please do not do business with them; you could be next!!!
