Fred Loya Insurance is nothing but a rip off! Do not use this company! San Antonio Texas

We paid our premium every month, on time, yet when someone tried to break into our vehicle by breaking the window and also damaging the bumper while fleeing, FRED LOYA BECAME OUR ENEMY!!!!

At first they didn't want to pay at all, then they finally decided they would mail a check right away. Since then they have claimed to have mailed 3 checks to us (including via Federal Express for one of them) to our home, our p.o. box, and my place of business. No one seems to know why we are not receiving the check.

They are a crock of sh--! I will never have them as a carrier EVER again. They never return calls and I've even had someone hang up on me; a supervisor! I've never been treated so badly by any company, or anyONE for that matter, in my life. FRED LOYA IS A BIG JOKE!
