Went in to have a ring clean. Store clerk said I can clean your necklace as well. I gave her the necklace when she returned she told me the necklace had broken. She put in a ticket to have it repaired. A few days later when I picked up my necklace there was additional links broken and it would no longer lay flat as it was stretched. The store did not make things right.
