Freedom express Tulsa ,Oklahoma Richard Allen the owner of Freedom Express hires as Individual contractor but failed to pay my wages Tulsa Oklahoma

Richard Allen the owner of freedom express put an ad on craiglist looking for independen contractor with a cargo van who will picking up neflix mails from Wichita Ks to Okalahoma city and return Mon-Fri.

I called and he asked me to drive down to Tulsa where he interviewed me and he immedately hired me and set me up, for the job with a promise of compensation for gas and lodging and driving from Tulsa to the his office loation in Okalahoma city where I met Dwight Brown of  Elite Expediting (http://www.eliteexp.com/ee/EmplBioInitAction.do) rep from Colubums Ohio.This was the company that contracted Freedom express who in turn contracted me .

After doing the job for just one week, Richard Allen called and fired me over the phone on my way to Okalahoma city. And promised to pay my wages in full.( I have text exchanges with him as proof and bank statement)

Till date , Richard only paid me parts of the wages. I took him to small claim court in Tulsa, twice he failed to show up even after I paid private server $50 plus othe court fees and driving expenses from Wichita Ks, to Tulsa Ok.

I later wrote the CEO of Elite Expediting Corp to lodge my greviences, till date nothing  have been heard from them.
