The site applied $9.97 beginning with the $19.99 purchase value of birth certificate papers, dated 11/10/11 via bank issued credit card, and continued to apply the monthly fee without my knowledge or consent, which constitutes a fraudulent contract.

When contacted, via voice (some six calls, all being inadequate as to text and tenor or any resolution), which is hearsay in a court of law, they told me that it would take them 15 to 30 days for the refund to occur, which I would not allow given they have gained fraudulent access to my checking account.

They have been informed via email to the given sites, in this complaint, that they will furnish a complete copy of the contract and make the refund within an extremely shortened period or face the consequences of WIRE FRAUD INVASION UNDER KNOWING INTENT, said act/action initially coming from my bank/banker: essentially telling my bank that it resembles a PONZI SCHEME due to the difficulty in getting resolution in an appropriate manner.

My bank has agreed that the only legal remand was the original $19.99, and that the monthly site fee constitutes an egregious act, they stipulating that a credit against all such $9.97 fees will be awarded to me as the complainant coming with an accompanying block of my bank account.

The above, carried forward against the deliberate failure to respond to not only the calls but to the *multiple emails (aka, *hardcopy requested against the activity not telecons, the latter deemed hearsay in a court of law), each requesting a complete copy of the contract and an appropriate refund of erroneously applied fees, does constitute a failure to understand the full meaning of contract law in its entirety: billing against NON-REQUESTED SERVICE is a fraudulent act and
deemed misrepresentation and/or malfeasance due to the nature of the action.

McAfee deems freedownloadzone.com a dangerous site; Kaperskys standard setting calls the site malware; and AVG has stated that their selling subscriptions to software they dont own or have the ability to represent is totally unwarranted.

First of all, there is NO sign of any Ponzi scheme here. Even if they ripped you off of all your money, it would not be a Ponzi scheme, which is a very specific type of scam.

But it is your pretentious writing that cracks me up:

"When contacted, via voice (some six calls, all being inadequate as to text and tenor or any resolution), which is hearsay in a court of law."

Inadequate as far as "text and tenor or any resolution"? And where, exactly, is the hearsay?

In any event, you agreed to these charges when you signed up. They reel in people like you, that are somewhat "unsophisticated".

In fact, here is what they say at the bottom of their page, which I think sums it up nicely:

"New computer users should find our services valuable and time saving. If you are an advanced computer user, you probably don't need our services."
