Freelancer.com is awful. The Support is Zero and then they’re constantly changing the support agent on me. For example, when I create a support ticket and submit it, a new guy comes and responds to me without reading my previous subjects because of their answers to... me don't even correspond properly. And it also seems that the agent is just using a generic answer that he may just copy and paste because I am constantly getting the same answers from them that offer no accountability

I AM CREATING AN WEBSITE AND TWITTER TO LET THE WORLD KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE  AND  YOU CAN DO YOUR PART BY URGING ANYONE READING THIS WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED THROUGH AND OR BY FREELANCER.COM TO MAKE YOUR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE KNOWN AND MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST FREELANCER.COM

I am appalled by the incident that have left you being unhappy and I'd like to have this addressed to your convenience.  I want to come across how have this happened, and if you can provide the specifics, Project ID, Ticket ID or username, I'd be glad to look into this for you.  We are continuously striving into improving our customer experience to better assist our valued users like you, and this valuable feedback is one thing that can help us achieve this.  I'd insist that you send an email to eleanorl@freelancer.com, and I will be investigating further on what has transpired on your experience with us.
