They popped up when I was browsing and had just finished playing a free game on PCH. I tried to get any info I may have inadvertantly given them to play their "FREELotto". I did just go back to their email from today and there was an email address to opt out. It is http://www.freelotto.com/util/unsub user.asap?FID=dab781092544&m=BP&mid=81241. In the line just above, there is a space after unsub and before user. If I don't unsubscribe they will start charging me 14.99 a month. You are supposed to be able to click this address to unsubscribe but it just brings you to a confirmation page. They also showed a snail mail address which is PlasmaNet Inc. P.O.Box 4562 Grand Central Station New York, NY 10163.

After seeing my report on your website, I decided to read the rest of the comments. All were similar to my complaint, however, why hasn't the the BBB or other consumer advocates taken any action? Your first complaint on freelotto was on 4/6/04 and mine was on 12/2/12. That's almost seven years ago. Shouldn't some agency take a look at these people? Their still getting the best of us.
