I won a Judgment against FSTN Jack Halleman who uses the names Jerry Adams and Carl Pederson filed liableous reports on me with not one thing accurate aside from my name!

I won a Judgment against FSTN Renton WA in Small Claims Court. I had Goggled FSTN & found nothing. After court, I Goggled FSTN Renton WA and found numerous complaints. Had I Goggled FSTN Renton WA before court the Judge would have ordered Triple Damages or 3 times the amount paid because numerous people have the same complaint. Due to the findings and since Judge Nault said if others were affected triple damages would apply I am contacting the WA State Attorney General especially since it is the same situation time after time. Jack Halleman takes money as Jerry Adams and does no work. My documentation was not returned as requested and I contacted the IRS as advised. Jerry Adams is actually Jack Halleman. He takes money with no performance. He lies about his own name! In Small Claims court Jack Halleman or Jerry Adams lied along with slanderous accusations about me. He said he contacted the IRS in December 2007 when I had the printout from IRS and there was no contact with his company's identifying numbers called caf # with the IRS until July 2008 when I had already asked for my funds back. Then there is the lie of his name. Do not work with this company.

I recommend that unsatisfied customers take FSTN.com or the new name Carl Pederson at SafeTaxHelp.com to court and win their money back along with filing a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Washington to close these vengeful company down.  They take money and provide no service.  IRS must take action against this firm and every employee.
