funtonia scam, ripoff, and fraud, second time canceling subscription because ringtones never downloaded. I cancel second time and yesterday they charge my againg ? Some one has to do something about this Internet

I sing  to funtonia, thinking it may work with my  phone, virgin mobile i try to download ringtones never worked with my phone never where downloaded to the computer,   then  like there is no contact phone number there, i  send them a request to  cancel my subscribtion a reeimburse my money six month ago they didn't now they charge my card yesterday againg 23 dollars and some change.  i  sent them a cancel they never get back  they  need to pay me back  those 2 times they charge me.  is a ripoff, fraud what they are doing i will take them to court and law suit.,
