Future Payment Technologies Arlen Collins Un autherized deduction of funds from my bank. Did not send or give me any paperwork on contract. when contactted about this they tried to bribe me into staying with them buy offering to refund the amount taken from acct. if I stayed with their co. will only repay $50.00 of the $133.38 if I leave. Them taking the funds with out my knowing about it caused an overdraft and additional fees of $30.00 and $5.00 per day this is not resolved. I dont have this and want the funds replaced asap. I was told that the only fees I would be paying is a 1.59% per swipe for this service. Dallas Texas

 I was contacted by Arlen Collins of Future Payment Tech. about CC payment proscessing. He came to my home and showed me what they had for my biz. I asked him a number of times about the cost and was told that it was 1.59 per swipe only.

He had no paper work with him, it was all done on a tablet. He told me that the paperwork would come in the mail and to sign a copy and send it back to Future Payment Tech.  The paperwork never came.

On Dec. 16 I learned that my checking acct. had overdrawn. And that Future Payment was the reason. When I called them they claimed that I had agreed to (in a phone call that they said showed I was having trouble hearing or understanding the caller) the one time setup fee of $90 or $99. and that there was a $25 per mo fee for the card reader that they sent me.

I never would have knowingly done this and asked Arlen many times about any hidden fees. He said there was none. After the sup. I was talking to found out there was no paperwork at all, She said they would refund by I needed to pay the $25 a mo. for the sevice. I declined and said I wanted out and was sending back the reader. I was then told that she would only refund $50.00 of the $133.38 taken

I was not expecting this money to be taken from the acct. and it caused an overdraft with fees of $30 and $5 per day. I dont have this money to replace at this time. I need this refunded asap. PLEASE

I am a company rep. and for every sale we present a Merchant Processing Terms & Conditions on paper/ this same document is emailed to every merchant. When we make the sale via Computer notepad the Mechant signs there name for terms, conditiong and also coperates fees and other fees: such as cost of Credit card and debit card transactions and other fees that may apply. They sign to show that they have reviewed all terms and conditions.

 I dont know how to post a thank you so I am doing it here and you guys can post it where it belongs:

It being the Christmas season we need all the pennies we got to get thru. When Future Payment Tech. took money from my acct. without my knowing it overdraffed me and put my Christmas in a big bind. I went to what I thought was a B.B.B. report site and filled out a report. It wasnt untill I postted it that I saw it was Ripoffreport.com. So I said oh well Ill do the B.B.B. thing in the morning. I was getting no where with these guys Future payment thech.) on getting my money back. The varynext morning I got a call from FPT and they said they would refund most of the money. Today that money, Not all of it and not anything for overdrafts was in my acct.

Ripoffreport you are great and I put a big link on my website for you. Thanks so much. I hope it is not going to hurt any of your feelings by wishing you the vary best and a vary Merry Christmas.  Sir, it wasnt untill I made out this report that anyone was willing to give a refund, and when I spoke to you you did not tell me you were going to refund all the money and overdrafts. We will have to see! You over drafted my acct. on 12/03 this cost me $30 and by the time I was aware of this the bank was charging $5 per day. As of this writing 12/19 totals are the $133.38 you took $30 od 35 daily for $198.38 I will keep an eye on my acct.

I want to take this time to thank the wonderful guys at Rip off report for what they do. One day after filling out this report I got a call that Future payment thch. was will to refund. We will see. Thanks again guys

 As I suspected I to this date have not got all the money returned. Future Payment did refund most of what they took from my acct., not all and have not got any of the over draft or daily fees. out of the $198.38 I have got back $124.00. I guess thats beter than nothing. I wouldnt have got anything if it werent fot Ripoff Report. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Richard
