Future Payment Technologies Arlen Collins Un autherized deduction of funds from my bank. Did not send or give me any paperwork on contract. when contactted about this they tried to bribe me into staying with them buy offering to refund the amount taken from acct. if I stayed with their co. will only repay $50.00 of the $133.38 if I leave. Them taking the funds with out my knowing about it caused an overdraft and additional fees of $30.00 and $5.00 per day this is not resolved. I dont have this and want the funds replaced asap. I was told that the only fees I would be paying is a 1.59% per swipe for this service. Dallas Texas

I was contacted by Arlen Collins of Future Payment Tech. about CC payment proscessing. He came to my home and showed me what they had for my biz. I asked him a number of times about the cost and was told that it was 1.59 per swipe only.
He had no paper work with him, it was all done on a tablet. He told me that the paperwork would come in the mail and to sign a copy and send it back to Future Payment Tech. The paperwork never came.
On Dec. 16 I learned that my checking acct. had overdrawn. And that Future Payment was the reason. When I called them they claimed that I had agreed to (in a phone call that they said showed I was having trouble hearing or understanding the caller) the one time setup fee of $90 or $99. and that there was a $25 per mo fee for the card reader that they sent me.
I never would have knowingly done this and asked Arlen many times about any hidden fees. He said there was none. After the sup. I was talking to found out there was no paperwork at all, She said they would refund by I needed to pay the $25 a mo. for the sevice. I declined and said I wanted out and was sending back the reader. I was then told that she would only refund $50.00 of the $133.38 taken
I was not expecting this money to be taken from the acct. and it caused an overdraft with fees of $30 and $5 per day. I dont have this money to replace at this time. I need this refunded asap. PLEASE
