FUTURE RANKING---MISLEADING SEO COMPANY--BEWARE!!! SEO COMPANY...I think not!!! READ THIS QUICK AND PASS IT ON!
Some aspects of search engine optimization are common knowledge amongst everyone from the professional search engine optimization firm to the lowly, simple minded webmaster: and there are scrupulous people and seo companies that will capitalize on their limited knowledge and take you for a long, expensive ride. They did this to us! They are great sweat talkers, but when you start to complain as we did hundreds of times, they ignore you or just get mad and tell you that you do not have any knowledge of optimization. What did they do for our company after over $2900 and $700 in maintenance fees?
They wrote some code for a 4 or five web pages that not only after 5 months did nothing to improve our website but the keywords they picked were not even products we offered in our website or keywords that were put on landing pages that didn't even have relevance to our product on the specific landing pages they picked to do SEO. A big loss of customers and money.
This unqualified company will lure you in with their successful stories where they say they have achieved top rankings for what looks like good keywords for either their own website or client's websites. BULL!!!! What they don't tell you is that these so called keywords they optimize for have relatively few, if any competitors at all. Some keywords may have as little as 100,000 competitors, maybe even 500,000 or slightly more.
In the end, the simple truth is that for most keywords, this is very very weak competition and non-relevance to your site and products. The most misleading aspect of this is that their keyword optimization resulted in top placement for keywords and phrases that only a handful of people search for on any given day, if that?
This is how they do things to fraudently fullfill the contract and keep you paying maintence fees! They should go to jail. If you go to the BBB and check the reports on them, you will see they even used the BBB logo unauthorized untill the BBB caught them and filed their own report! That just shows you who they are as a company, they steal!
I was i a serious accident and was stuck at home with no money comming in. I decided to start a company online and found this SEO company to help me. It looked good, but after my instincts kicked in, I started doing my own research and found out I was being ripped off. BIGTIME! They sweet talked me even more so I did more research, even filing a police report about this company ripping me off. I filled a BBB report and asked for my money back. They said no.
I am still fighting and will ask one more time for our refund we requested through the BBB. We were nice enough to let them keep the $100 maintence fees and $500 of the money we gave them to provide us service, just to end the situation. We are asking again.
If you see their Alexa rating, they have a bad ranking for being in business since 2005. They always told me they have 10 years experiance? They get no business or clicks to their site, which makes them more attuned to want to steal from clients that get hooked. BEWARE :(
SEO optimization is a huge process that embarks on many technical methods and tactics and involve everything from written code of relevance, authenic written copy and too much more to explain that would not be freely available to the unknowledgable webmaster or owner without much research into this area. These methods are what separate the true, real ethical search engine optimization companies from the fake seo companies. They just wrote bad, bad code for us and nothing else. That's not SEO at all, that's ripping people off! We have many, many, many e-mails sent to them about our concerns after I gained much knowledge on the subjuct with no response by them.
Dont waist your time or money with this company, we are warning you! We will continue to warn others. We are really good people who don't like to be in fights with others, but when we are wronged by others and it involved lying and taking our hard earned money for nothing, we will fight until we win.
Sorry Future Ranking, but you have brought this fight onto yourselves by not refunding the monies you have not earned. We hope you can make the right choice by refunding our money and showing everyone else that your not in business to rip people off and provide that you will provide good customer service? We also hope in the future when customers that may get sucked into your company for services, you will prove your work to them as we have asked from you many many times and you did not do. I best researched guess is that you have nothing to prove and we have all the proof.

It's not good enough to write a response to try to smooth things over.
We responed to the billing dept about our refund after this rsponse above was posted from Future Ranking.
We ask them to inform us when this 100% refund would take place and that we also would want receipts of this action compleated sent to our e-mail, fax or the BBB report we have filed against them.
We have had no response back from them concerning this matter and it is going on three days now. You would think if they wanted to live up to their words, they would have responded by now and handled the situation.
Being ignored again, as always, by Future Ranking!
It's time the situation gets handled in a professional manner today!
