I placed an order with Galactic Snow Sports originally on the 22nd of December, 2010. I received an e-mail shortly after with my shipping confirmation. The site states that all orders will be processed and leave the shipping warehouse within 3 business days (72/hrs). I contacted them via the internet chat capability on the site on January 3rd, 2011 to inquire on the status of my order. I was informed that they did not have an order for that tracking number or under my name, after receiving no assistance from the staff I spoke to a mgr who advised that the order was sent to billing but not shipping as there was a "glitch". He advised me that he would proceed to put the order through manually. I contacted them back on January 10th and spoke to the same manager, who acted oblivious and stated that he did not recall anything about our conversation and once again stated that they had no order and promised to put it through manually.

I contacted the staff once again 3 days later to inquire on the status of the order and was advised that the mgr had taken care of it and was told that my order would ship that night, at the latest the following morning; that was on the 13th of January. Once again I contacted them on the 20th which was now 2 days short of an entire month since my order was placed. I was told to leave my number and the manager would contact me back. I called 4 times and left my number each time and received no contact from anyone at the store. I finally reached the manager on the 21st of January and was told that the order still didn't go through and that he would once again process it manually. Later that day I received a new tracking number. I contacted the store today January 31, 2011 and provided the new tracking number and was once again told that the number was not valid and that no orders were placed under my name. I received my Mastercard bill on January 28th and was charged for this purchase on December 23rd, the day after the order was originally placed!!!

The company is a scam, It's impossible to reach anyone, the voice message box is always full, they're quick to take the money but refuse to provide the product. This is the worst customer service I have ever received!!

I am very sorry if there was an issue with your order. Being a core winter company it is our busiest time of the season and we do our best to make sure every customer is completely taken care of as quickly as possible.

Our ordering services are completely automated to ensure that people can order at any time of the day or night which is why you were billed immediately for your purchase. As soon as an order is submitted it is charged and sent through our software systems to be processed the next business day. Again i am very sorry if your order was not processed through correctly however we would be glad to do anything that we can to make this mistake right.

If you would like to give us the the opportunity to correct our error please contact us via telephone or email and request to speak with a customer service manager. Please either provide them with your first and last name or your order number and we will do our best to fix this issue.
