I paid $109 plus $25 in shipping for a used burton cruzer snowboard. I figured it would have wear and tear but expected a decent board. The board has a number of large guages in the base and the edge is coming away from the board right at the beginning of the effective edge.
I sent them an email complaining about the board. They responded that I could ask for a refund or a replacement board. I asked for a replacement board and have not heard back. Sent several emails and no response. Will probably have to try and fix this junky snowboard on my own.
