do not do business with these people! Viziun Media founded by Gary Glass and his wife Erin Glass say they develop websites for businesses. In fact they know nothing about developing websites. They outsource all there code to India and when it comes back broken have american freelancers fix it and then dont pay those employees. Through all of this the client suffers. If I were looking to get a website made for me these are the last people I would ever do business with. I worked for them for 3 months and got paid in mostly excuses for the last month.

Quite the Opposite

AUTHOR: Honest Always - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 20, 2012

It is unfortunate when working relationships do not work out as intended. The individual who claims to have worked hard in fact falsified work they had done in order to get hired and did not know how to write proper html or css code.  "Hard worker" is the one who was unable to perform his "hired" duties while working and once he failed to deliver on 1 project in 3 months, was terminated.  He then used our company credit card to pay for his software licenses without permission.  This "hard worker" stole money from the company and produced zero results and I would ask any employer if they would keep someone on staff like that.

A Costly Mistake

AUTHOR: Gary G. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 11, 2011

Unfortunately this complaint is summed up in its last sentence; this report is from a former 1099 contractor with an at-will employment status, who was fired due to misrepresenting his skill level and having incredibly poor workmanship. Brian Blair was hired to solve one core problem for us; to speed up the project delivery due to our high demand. Having been a 1099 contractor for 3 months with generous bi-weekly pay instead of the industry standard "project-based" pay, he was given ample notice and opportunity to improve, and was ultimately terminated due to consistently poor website development performance, weak industry knowledge and without completing even a single project.

Credit Card Fraud and Criminal Theft charges have also been filed against Brian Blair due to his unauthorized use of my credit card information and over $450 in personal charges. More information about the authenticity of my claim can be provided upon request.

As a small business owner, we are only as good as our word. It is an unfortunate disappointment to let anyone go from great employment, but as a contractor who absolutely failed, Brian Blair will quickly become a liability in your office. Please learn from my $10,000 mistake and do not hire this guy.
