Gary Spackman is out there looking for investors in golf courses he can acquire cheap in these troubled economic times. People who give him their money never see it again. He does spend one dime on the courses he buys. He does not use the funds to water the grass or in any way maintain or run the property. He is gone for weeks at a time, just shows up occasionally to take all the cash out of the till. When he has exhausted his investors' funds, and the community no longer gives him money (why pay to play on a dead course?), he then sells off all the equipment and assets of the club, like the golf carts and kitchen appliances. When he has exhausted all possible means to additional funds, he declares bankruptcy. Then he buys the same course again, under a different corporate name, with new investors. He has done this twice to the Yerington golf course, first under the name Mason Valley Country Club, and then under the name Yerington Golf and Country Club. He is out there right now, LOOKING FOR NEW INVESTORS.
Gary Spackman will take your money and spend it on himself and his lifestyle. If you give him your money, you will join a long line of people who have lost everything they gave him.
