I asked them to send me a bill they said we don't send bills.mmm. so thank sent a welcome letter with an account number that does not work and you can not log into their system..umm. So i started investigating..wow i can't believe what's goig on with this company.. Rip offs and lies. Typical...

Oh yes the typical,  "Well I have nothing that would disagree with what you are saying so I am just going to accuse you of working for the company".

Well I have some bad news for you.  I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other finance company.  The reason you seem to think that I know "so much" about it is because just about every lender is the same and you could have put any company name and my response would have been the same.

But please spare us the ever changing story and trying to rewrite history, as it only shows you as the fool and the liar you probably are.  Oh you ask why I say this......

Well let's look at the following statment you made in your last update.

I never said i would not pay or wanted to get out of a contract i signed.

That's a very interesting statement wouldn't you say?  It gets even more interesting when we look at your original post and this statement...

So if your reading this and want to take action leave a complaint i will be contacting a lawyer to see if i can sue or somehow get out of this agreement.

- Yes..very interesting.  I guess we were to figure that in your original post you actually never really wanted to get out of the contract and you just figure you had nothing better to do for the summer so why not sue them...right?

Now..let's move on shall we with this statement you made in your update....

Everything happens for a reason..but with freedom of speech..do you..if this company is leget they will correct their mistakes. if not well where there is a will i will find a way.

- Wait a minute just a sentence before you claimed you wanted action and "got it".  Well since they haven't corrected this mysterious error...exactly what action did you get?

You are with a Sub-Prime lender.  I wonder why that is...mmm.  You then show the classic "Entitlement" attitude that many sub-prime borrowers do...mmm.    But then it gets really funny when somehow you think the BBB or an attorney is going to help you get out of this loan...mmmm.

Okay, seriously here are some facts for you.  First of all there is no law or requirement to provide you any sort of monthly billing statement for your loan.  The reason is that the loan agreeement you signed in the beginning states how much your monthly payment is, when it is due, and how long you need to pay it.  This amount does NOT change and therefore no billing statement is required.

Next, you are with a "sub-prime" lender because you have failed to show a history of being able to pay your bills.  The reason for this does not matter so put away the 101 excuses you may have to try and justify your less than stellar credit history.  You are entitled to nothing more than what is stated in the written contract.

Rudeness or how many complaints they have has ZERO bearing in being able to cancel a contract.  The ability to use any sort of "online" system has any bearing as to if you can cancel a contract.  The only way you may have any sort of justification is if they are not abiding by the contract.  Which there is zero indication of that.

By the way do you realize what it means when you say you get out of this contract?  You would first have to give the car up(and hope it doesn't go as a reposesssion).  You can most likely forget any money you put in, as no judge is going to give you free use of a car for any sort of time.  So the judge will order you to be charged a "daily rental" fee for the car, that could be $20-$30/day for the entire time you had it.   If you traded in a car the same thing applies.that car is probably long gone and you aren't getting it back.

So the best thing you can do is make ALL of your payments on-time and for the full amount.  After about a year of good payments, perhaps start to look at refinancing it to a different lender.
