filled in all my details and was informed at the end of the transaction that I would get an email confirming the booking
24 hours later - nothing. rang their number numerous times - no reply; no message.
as I'm travelling in less than a week I was v worried. rang the bank to ask if I can get back the money. apparently it had not been paid in - yet - but I have no means of stopping this; can only take out a complaint after the transaction goes through!
why is this firm still being advertised on google with no warning? how can this ad be withdrawn? it's a scam and disgraceful. once again, the consumer is helpless.
these people who are obviously untrustworthy now have my bank details including the security number on the back of my card.
