So about a year ago I went to ebay to buy a ram module for my computer. After about 5 months my system starts crashing.I suspected that maybe the ram modules have problems which they did. So I contact the company and they told me to sen modules to the specific location that they said. After I sent them the rams. I did not hear anything from them for about a month. I called ebay and they said they cannot do anything about it! Finally after 2 months I got a new set of rams in my mail, so I unpacked them and checked them off and relized that one of thoese two is broken as well! I am not going to waste my time and deal with these guys anymore, but if you want a helthy computer with no problem stay away from these guys ram modules.

We're sorry to hear that the second set did not work out as this is very, very rare because we test every chip before we ship. Our return address is posted in Amazon and eBay (whichever one you used to purchase the Memory RAM). We would be more than happy to replace the memory for you through Amazon's or eBay's convenient Return Process (from whichever account you used to purchase the memory). We really appreciate your patience with us throughout the matter. We're known for our World Class Customer Service; we're very sorry that we dropped the ball on your transaction. We are prepared to take full responsibility for our mistakes. And, if we cannot come to a product replacement agreement, we would be more than happy to refund your money and pay for the Return Shipping if you return the product back to us.
