GE Capitol Lenders Frank Jefferson and Mike Ryan Scams Clearwater Florida

 Had Frank Jefferson to call me thursday and offer me a 4000 loan and when I excepted the call and chatted with him a little longer about the loan and terms it sounded good to me, frank asked if my bank accepts wire transfers and before giving him any information I asked for him to contact me on monday and we would discuss a little more about this loan before proceeding any further. Frank stated they are open Saturday from 8am to 1pm and he would call me about 10am so we could discuss everything. Frank called me back at exactly 10am and we discussed the payments of this 4000, it would be 18 payments at 245 a month which i would be paying back 4410 to complete the loan but I would need to give him my information for my bank so they could withdraw the 200 for insurances which i would receive back on my 3rd month. He transferred me to his account manager which is Mike Ryan, Mike had a foreign accent I had to ask him to repeat several times cause I could not understand what he was saying, Mike stated was there an office depot, walgreens or cvs near me. why i asked cvs why u have a headache? he said no ma'am you are going to need to get down there with your 200 and buy a green pax card and load the 200 onto that card and when u receive your receipt from cashier call me and give me information by 12pm so we can get you your 4000 into your account today. I asked why would i have to do that when they are going to wire the money to my account why can't they just take th 200 out? Mike stated apparently you werent paying any attention to Mr Jefferson when he was talking to you about this procedure? I responded back to mike stating yes sir I've been listening to every word Frank said because this was not one of the statements he asked for me to do. Mike transferred me back to Frank than thats when the ball started rolling and all this information started coming out. I told Frank i've been into a situation like this before and so has some of my friends and they have done this type of thing and never received any money back. Frank stated the reason why we ask for you to do this is because we or you dont want the Amercian Insurance to have your account information so they cant see what's being done on your or our end, and that's for your protection. I went ahead and told Frank jefferson that I was cancelling out this transaction due to the fact I've looked online at Ge Capitol and read over all guidelines for a loan and not one time does it state that I would have to go and get a card and load money on it just to be approved for a loan. No thanks and so glad I didnt give out any more information or go thru with this. I have browsed since the phone call and could not belive my eyes that these people are scammers and will do anything and everything in order to get your money. These people need to be stopped cause not only are they ruining their lifes they are actually making a butt of themselves which will eventually bite them in their butts in the long run, plus its giving the real deals at Ge Capitol bad names and bad buisness.
