2 attempts at delivery each over a week apart and both times the appliance (refridgerator) shows up with damage. not only does it show up with ovious damage but the delivery persons are in an unmarked truck pulling a personal grade trailer and in street clothes! They do not work for Home depot or even for LG (who is the manufacturer of the fridge) how do I know i have not just let thieves into my house?
The second attempt at delivery the 'head' delivery guuy was rude and surly, he had a very poor attitude, when they moved the old fridge out of the way and found the damage on the second unit (multiple dents and scratches) he then loaded the new damaged fridge up and attempted to leave, I had to to get him to put the old fridge back in place. He put the old one back and left very abruptly and did not even bother to plug the old unit back in. Now I have to wait another week and a Half to get another attempt at a delivery. this makes 33 days since i bought the fridge (as of 12/6 - long before black friday, so its not a question of volume) this is unacceptable.
this delivery company has to ruined Home Depot's reputation for me. This was (and is, I still dont have the fridge!) a very bad experince, Will not shop there again.
